Data, purposes and legal bases
For enquiries and quotations we process your name, phone, email, message and, where needed, address, dates and linen requirements to respond and prepare an offer (steps requested before entering into a contract). For job applications we process contact details, experience, availability and CV to assess the application (pre-contractual steps requested by the applicant). Where services are contracted, we process data needed to provide them and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not send marketing emails without an appropriate legal basis.
Retention
Unconverted enquiries are kept for up to 12 months after the last contact; CVs for up to 12 months after receipt unless the application is withdrawn or another lawful retention requirement applies. Contract and tax records are kept for the legally required periods.
Recipients and transfers
Necessary service providers, including Netlify (hosting and forms) and the email provider, may process data subject to appropriate contractual safeguards. International providers may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area; the location and applicable safeguards of each provider must be verified before publication.
Your rights and complaints
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis, by emailing infoferranet@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). We do not make automated decisions with legal effects.
